1. What sizes do you offer?
We carry unisex XS through 4XL. A detailed size chart with inch- and centimeter-measurements appears on every product page.
2. How do I pick the right size?
Lay your favorite T-shirt flat, measure it, and compare those numbers with our chart. If you’re between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, go one size up.
3. What are your shirts made of?
Most designs use 100 % combed, ring-spun cotton for a soft, breathable feel. Heather colors contain up to 10 % polyester for extra durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
4. How are the designs printed? Will they fade?
We print with eco-friendly, water-based inks using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology, so colors stay vibrant wash after wash. Turn the shirt inside-out, wash cold, and tumble-dry low to keep it looking fresh.
5. Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Absolutely. For 20 or more pieces—or if you have your own artwork—email support@loveinloom.com with the design file, sizes, and deadline, and we’ll send you a quote.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
7. What’s your return and exchange policy?
Unworn, unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.
8. My shirt arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email a photo of the issue plus your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund the item right away.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we deliver worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
10. How should I care for my T-shirt?
Machine-wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors and mild detergent; no bleach. Tumble-dry low or air-dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
12. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can modify or cancel it. Email us within two hours of purchase for the best chance of catching it in time.
13. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Our site uses 256-bit SSL encryption, and we never store full credit-card details or share your data with third parties.
